Why, you ask, did I buy so many things at not-so-great prices? Allow me to give you my reasoning....
  • I purchased the Essencia condition purely because I'll get paid back for it.
  • I purchased enough items to complete the P&G rebate going on at Rite Aid (ended 2/13/10), so I will receive a $15 Visa gift card from that.
  • I'll get back a $1.50 Rite Aid rebate from the Electrasol purchase.
  • I also qualify for the new Olay rebate. I paid $4.23 for my Olay purchases and will receive $15.00 back.
  • There is also a Mr. Clean rebate available. I can get my $2.79 back from that as well.
  • There is also another P&G rebate coming out in the February 27th P&G newspaper insert. When you purchase $50 worth of P&G products, you qualify for $100 in coupons. I will qualify for that as well.
So, I think it was worth it.

Oh, and P.S. My cashier HATED me for using coupons. I guess a guy behind me in line was some guy she has a crush on and he didn't want to wait in line behind me for her to check him out. So she was mad at him and me about that. So when I asked for my Life tickets (2) she threw 13 at me. Ooooookay. (I only got 1 sticker I needed from all 13. Cruddy.)

How did you know about the Essencia conditioner? It wasn't in the insert that came in my N&) -- I double checked after reading this. My insert also didn't have the Olay RiteAid coupon. Is it possible the store insert is different?

I love you!

I should have clarified - the Essencia had a Try Me Free tag on it. I'm seeing more of those around lately. But beware - some were over in 12/31/09, so don't grab one of those.

The Rite Aid coupon was from one of my Life pieces. I may have an extra one if you need one - not sure though! Let me know if you need one and I'll check my stash! (or you can have my soap)
