Freezer Cooking: Chinese Chicken

I have found a great new blog for freezer cooking, and this Chinese Chicken recipe comes from there.

Ingredients:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
3/4 C. ketchup
1/4 C. soy sauce
1/2 C. firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbs. white vinegar
1/4 C. chopped onion
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp seasoned salt

Place the chicken in a 1-gallon freezer bag. Combine the remaining ingredients, stir well, and pour over the chicken. Label and freeze.

To serve, thaw and bake in a 9x13 pan, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, our until the chicken is done, turning chicken over after 30 minutes, and basting occasionally.

I recommend writing the instructions on your freezer bag. That way you won't be searching the internet at 6am to remember how long to cook it. :)
