$2.00 cash from Consumer Opinion Institute - another survey company I'm a member of. They send a survey plus cash every couple of months. You can keep the cash and not do the survey, and never receive any other surveys. Or you can keep the cash, take the time to fill out the survey (usually takes me about 10-15 minutes because it's handwritten instead of online) and they'll continue sending you cash and surveys. Worth it!
